Pleasant

Small room, but fairly clean. Staff was very helpful and polite, except for one lobby attendant who tried to sell my party a fast pass 'coupon' for a cruise.

Clean Room, Good Service

The room was clean, it is a quiet area and the staff is friendly. I had a little issue with the breakfast, since it was not disclosed at the time of check - in that breakfast was not included, but they came up with an arrangement that was good for both parties

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well decorated with a large bathroom. However, this evaluation concerns the more expensive superior room. Standard rooms were much smaller, with minimum facilities and were much worse decorated.

Das Hotel liegt recht wiet von

Das Hotel liegt recht wiet von der Innenstadt, die Verkehrsanbindung (Metro, Bus) ist kompliziert. Die Hotelflure sind schäbig und verschachtelt, die Treppen eng und steil, die Zimmer klein und rudimentär ausgestattet. Die Preise hingegen sind für ein Hotel dieser Kaegorie und Ausstattung (Einzelzimmer 90 € ohne Frühstück) einfach unverschämt.

Seuls les draps étaient propres

Seuls les draps étaient propres : la moquette était toute tachée, la peinture écaillée, la lavabo bouché. Un escalier en colimaçon très étroit m'a conduite au 3ème étage : ce fut très difficile car ma valise était lourde. C'est totalement impossible avec une grosse valise.

Chambre, couloirs, TV très vétustes, mais hotel très calme, très bon accueil et petit déjeuner bon et varié. Bonne localisation, proche des bus, tram et à 3 mn à pieds du métro.

Chambre vétuste et pas agréable.

Chambre vétuste et pas agréable. Literie très inconfiortable. Très mauvaise isolation phonique : on est réveillé par les voisins qui parlent (!) dès 7 heures du matin. Douche moisie et bouton d'eau chaude inversé (ce qui promet de belles surprises). Moisissures et peinture qui cloque. À éviter
