Comfortable
This place is not flashy and is just the necessities. Because it is is not fancy, it is well priced. Ordinary amenities and room but SUPER comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I was on a budget. Also, close to a metro station and restaurants and market. You have to pay 4 euro for internet, which doesn't bother me but it was very slow..

Breakfast places close. And a supermarket so don't pay the 10 euro breakfast. It looked great but you can get a Paris breakfast elsewhere better.

awesome
it was really perfect. the staff was nice and helpful. it was walkable to many good hoods and awesome restaurants. it was NOT too small, it was perfectly fine. it was cute. it was quiet. had a nice window to open. i have nothing bad to say about this hotel. it's also more affordable than other hotels in Paris, and wasn't full of children and unresearched tourists.

Very small
Everything is small, even by European standards: the shower is small, the room is small, the elevator was small.

Yes, this is Paris!
So far the Hotels never looked like they do online. The room was clean, the breakfast , for the price ok, the location was great. Only 4 french programs on TV, old building, scary elevator, the staff didn't have to be super friendly....they were sold out twice during our stay. It was nice to have four beds in one room and still be able to move, bathroom was nice and big....but no shower curtain. Overall, a good stay...and after all..you are in Paris.

First time in France
The Hotel itself was nothing too fancy.... just your typical hotel room. It was clean and the location was great for the price! It was very close to the metro for easy travel.

Close to metro, but nothing to write home about
We stayed there two nights. It is very conveniently located if you come to Paris by train and plan to use metro to visit the city. Neighborhood is so so, but you can find stores and small restaurants from different parts of the World. Staff is very friendly. Place is OK but could use a lot of upgrades. It worked OK for the first visit, but there are much better places in the city and we will not stay there again.

Attitude is everything
The hotel is very convenient to the Metro so getting around is a snap. There are rental bikes right outside the front door so cycling around Paris becomes a great option. We did not use the hotel restaurant but there are plenty of eating places within a couple of blocks, as well as via the Metro. The hotel was built in the early 1800's so modern amenitities should not be expected. The elevator fit 3 people, max, which made for fun. Hey, we were on vacation so we enjoyed ourselves. The room was very clean, plenty of towels. Street noise was not too bad when the windows were open but we did use the A/C when sleeping. Though TV was not high on our priority list, it does help one relax when going to bed, with that said, there are only 6 channels and only 1 that was English (BBC). That's cool, too, as it is interesting to watch TV from other countries. The down sides were a sluggish drain in the bath tube and not so good wifi(not free). All in all, a good experience.

Quiet hotel, courteous staff
The hotel location is very convenient. You can walk to many main touristic sites from there. The different staff members I interacted with were all courteous at any time of day or night. Breakfast is open till 10 am, very convenient too. The room was of course small. But the bathroom was clean and somewhat upgraded. I did not here any noise and slept well. Only oddity is that TV has no French speaking channels. Only 6 in Spanish, German, Italian, English, Portuguese and Russian or Polish. But who needs TV when in Paris???
