Hotel Des Batignolles

This hotel was very comfortable and CLEAN! It had everything we needed with comfortable bed, extra linens, and an extremely helpful staff. It is very close to boulangeries, cafe's, markets, the post office, and an atm (all within a 2 minute walk). The closest metro station is an easy 4-5 minute walk. I would highly recommend this hotel for any of my friends or family. I plan on staying here again if I return to Paris. It was a WONDERFUL experience and a great value.

A bit away from everything (except Montmarte Cemeterie), but was able to reach everything via the Metro. Room was small, but clean. Staff was very helpful. The only noteable flaw was a bathroom door that would not fully shut, but one can easily see that over the years they have repeatedly shaved the door into a trapezoid to account for the settling of the building.

They were friendly, they spoke english, and they really made you feel comfortable staying there.

This hotel is not good. Mold all around the window window drips water all over the carpet. Smells really bad. Bathroom is really in disrepair cracked tiles etc.

It was a pleasant stay. Someone was hammering on the walls one morning at 9am, but besides that it was good.

I love where this hotel was located and the price was great. I liked our room and the bathroom was absolutely perfect. Neither my wife or I slept very well because it was very hot and when we opened the window there was quite a bit of noise. If that's not a problem then this hotel is perfect for an inexpensive getaway. Its across the street from a great neighborhood bakery and the pastries are good and average priced. There's also a neighborhood mini-grocery store next door which was convenient. C'était pas mal. La chambre était parfaite et la salle de bains était trés propre et absolument parfaite pour nous. Par contre nous avons mal dormi a cause de la chaleur. Comme on avait chaud on a overt la fenetre mais il y avait trop de bruit dehors c'est donc nous avons mal dormi.

I spent one night at the hotel. Chose the hotel based on cheap price and location. Free Wifi, clean linens, safe, good size room. The front staff was very unfriendly, and bathroom was a bit nasty. I didn't use the shower since it was unclean. The grout had black stuff growing on it. It was safe, clean and comfortable otherwise. I think it is good for the price and I have had worse. I don't love it. Pretty close to the Rome metro station, and there were cafes and super markets near by. It is in safe and quiet area. If you are doing a lot of sight seeing, the location is not the best since it on on line 2 and pretty far from major sights other than Sacre Coer and Montmartre (which I love). There is a parking garage near by, so if you are driving it will be good. Overall just OK. It works f you are not too picky.

The hotel was actually a pleasant surprise for me as I expected it to be less charming and a little more dingy. Haha. But it's very clean, quite charming and quaint. Hotel staff all spoke English and are accomodating. Supermarket, pastry shops, cafes, restaurants are all within walking distance. However, it can be quite a walk from the Metro - say 10mins? But the area is okay even for 2 girls at 12midnight. Great plus, they let you leave your luggage with them for as long as you want on the day of your check out. Overall, 7.5-8!

Hôtel agréable. Mais il reste une question essentielle : pourquoi le réceptionniste de l'établissement m'a assuré qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre pour une nuit supplémentaire alors que l'hôtel en disposait de 5 (pour l'avoir vérifié après)? Il semblerait que le remplissage se fasse à la tête du client. Aussi, je n'y remettrai plus les pieds

Fuites dans la salle de bain aussi bien au niveau de l'évier que de la chasse d'eau du WC. Flaque d'eau au sol. Impossible de faire sa toilette sans patauger. De plus, traces de moisissures sur les joins de carrelage. Salle de bain franchement insalubre. Nous avons introduit une réclamation à la personne de la réception. C'est à peine si cette personne nous a écoutés. J'ajoute que le prix de 9 € pour le petit déjeuner est largement surfait. Hôtel à déconseiller ABSOLUMENT.
