- The rooms are small, and in moderate condition. The décor and furnishings are basic, and the atmosphere is a little bit sombre.

Hibiscus in Paris
This hotel is in a good location, close to Metro Republique. I guess this is the only positive feedback I can leave. Rooms - small and dirty Linens - not quite clean, not changed on daily basis Bathroom - gross.

Do not be taken in by the proximity
Do not be taken in by the proximity of this hotel to the Metro. Its in a dodgy area & I have no idea how it got a 2 star rating. Our room was on 5th floor, lift was broken & lights switched off when we got between 4th & 5th floors climbing the stairs leaving us in pitch blackness. The room was decrepid, tiny, smelly, noisy & hot. The receptionist's response to my not being able to carry my luggage to my room due to a back injury was to leave it with him in reception & take out what I needed as I needed it! This is not a hotel, its a dump & its a rip off to be charged 78 Euros for a twin room per night. There is much better value for money in Paris.

budget hotel in decent location
Good restaurants/cafes within a short walking distance and a parking garage is on the same block. The only issue was that the shower drained very slowly and the bathroom needs renovating in general.

Hotel très vétuste, dans la chambre
Hotel très vétuste, dans la chambre beaucoup de traveaux à prévoir, (tringle à rideaux fixée avec des morceaux de bois et fil fer, une fenetre qui ne ferme pas, dessus de lit très agé,........).Dans la salle de bain , aucun sac dans la poubelle, moisissure dans la cabine de douche, quand au plafond , ...........Très bruyant , aucune sonorisasion.Pour conclure ascenseur en panne, bon sport matin et soir quand votre chambre est au 5 ième étage.Le petit déjeuner reste correct.
