This is a good 2 star Paris hotel.
This is a good 2 star Paris hotel. Room was quite large, and clean and tidy. Location is excellent. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was simple, but you get what you pay for!

Great location and very clean
Great location and very clean room. Small! Very thin walls. A small breakfast was included which we did not know in advance--a nice surprise.

Hotel De Dieppe is an ...
Hotel De Dieppe is an affordable hotel with a great location. It's not within walking distance to any major tourist site, however it is just a minute from the St. Lazare Metro station which can take you to all the tourist sites. The staff was friendly and spoke English. Ask for a city map when you check in. The room was small but clean, towels were changed daily. The breakfast was small but enough to get your day started: 1 croissant, 1 roll, butter, jam, coffee, tea, OJ, and milk. Not that the breakfast area is right outside the first floor rooms, so it will be noisy but if you wake up early, it shouldn't be a problem. The elevator starts on the first floor, not the ground floor so you'll need to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator aka lift. The room was a bit noisy at night due to traffic nose, so sensitive people should bring ear plugs.

Poor level of service and facilities
My wife and I have just returned from Paris. Our experience in this hotel is very negative. Except a good center location, the facilities, breakfast (just bread, butter and jam) and service all are very poor. Some times we couldn't get tea or cofee. No ventilation, no air conditioner and just one window above the kitchen of restaurant. So smell was awful.

Very family friendly
I never thought I could get a nice room. But everything was great!..The DE DIEPPE was very comfortable, the room and the bathroom was nice and clean. Great location in historical Paris. The hotel was in a great location for us, close to restaurants and stores. It also was great for walking to where we wanted to go. The staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and fresh. Very nice place, we'd stay again

De part son emplacement, établissement idéal pour un séjour à Paris. Et malgré cet emplacement dans un quartier animé et près de la gare, la chambre donnant côté rue n'a pas généré de problème de bruit.
