BEST WESTERN PREMIER Louvre Saint Honore

Hotel location is superior. Very clean, quient and well kept! Real strength at Louvre Saint Honore is the helpful staff. They took care of every request, they even helped us straighten out our cell phone service. Cannot praise the desk workers enough!

This is at best a three star hotel , no kettle in the room, shower was not wokring for two days until finally a new room was available . Towels were not changed and they were looking like somebody used them to clean a coffee splill. Receprion staff was most unhelpfull with one exception only. The only bright side was the location which is perfect.

Walking to most popular attractions was easy. They set us up with some great tours. Our favorite being Normandy.

It was a short stay but very pleasant. The Staff was very helpful to us being non-French speaking tourist. Beautiful hotel!

we celebrated our 50th wedding ann.. could not been better...location is outstanding accross from louvre... quick access to transportation is a definite plus..just a great value.

Great hotel, convenient location to the Louvre and Metro stations. Room was small (compared to US), but that is all that was needed. Well decorated, great bed and modern bathroom.

Let me first preface that we had a wonderful stay in Paris. The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing, shopping, etc. A friend had recommended to stay here, but I would not return. I have been to Paris many times and stayed elsewhere. Unfortunately, the Front Desk Staff was not competent and except for one person, was not that friendly. I have three examples: 1) The hotel has two elevator banks. There were two couples checking in, including ourselves. Clerk did not tell us which elevator to take so we both used the wrong one -- and she simply looked at us blankly. Mind you the elevators are TINY so it was inconvenient with all our luggage. 2) Our shower had NO cold water -- only HOT. After telling the Front Desk after the first night, nothing was done. It was finally after the second night that we proved that there was a problem -- and then we had to change rooms. 3) Upon checkout, the clerk was going to charge my credit card for almost $800 and then I told her it was paid through Orbitz. She said okay, so I thought all was fine. However, upon arriving home and seeing my credit card charges, I saw that the hotel had indeed charged the amount to my credit card. Now Orbitz it helping to settle this, but 10 days later and still no results.

The hotel was in a great location, very central to everything. The rooms are small, but clean and perfectly fine for a couple- just to sleep there not spending much time in the room. A pretty good value for the money.

very central position ... newly renovated hotel

This is a small boutique hotel in a great location on the Right Bank, five minutes from the Louvre. It is walking distance to the Marais district, Place Vendome and Rue Fauberg/Rue Madeline. We also walked to Notre Dame and Ile St. Louis (although that was a bit of a hike. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were outstanding. Good sized bedroom with a flat screen tv, although there is only one english speaking channel - CNN. The bathroom was the best feature. Everything was brand new - tile floors and walls with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, large sink, and plenty of shelving. We had room 211 which was super-quiet. We left the window open every night and never heard a sound.
