Situated in the heart of the business area, within walking distance of the Opera house, the Madeleine Church and the Concorde Place, the BEST WESTERN Hotel Sydney Opera has a preferred location between Hausmann Department Stores and luxurious shops of the Fauborg Saint Honore. The hotel offers 38 rooms in a Napoleon III-style building with all modern equipment. They were all recently renovated. Free Wi-Fi access is available in rooms and public areas. A delicious buffet breakfast will be served under a nice glass roof for 13.00 EUR. Croissants and home-made pastries will help you start a good day. You have direct access to public transportation (subway, Paris RER, etc.) to go to the business district of La Defense, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, to reach Gare du Nord or to have fun at Disneyland® Paris.

Excellent Choice!!

The hotel stay was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful, very considerate, and went the extra mile in every way possible. The smallest issue i had was the tv channels in the evening. Only a few channels in english, but that is to be expected! I would easily stay here again.

use the AUBER train station as your main pivoting point. The train is the RER and it is right down the street from the hotel. The hotel is also a few minutes away from the high end shopping areas (Lafeyette shops)

The room was nice and quiet, location

The room was nice and quiet, location was excellent for us, breakfast was OK, service was OK. The only problem we had was the wireless Internet-connection which was blocked most of the time in our room but worked in the lobby. That connection needs to be fixed!

What a Flop

The first floor doesn't have elevator service, so you need to carry your own bags up the stairs. The mini breakfast area is under construction so they bring you continetal breakfast to your room (problem, cofee is always cold). Rooms extra small.

Forgettable experience

The hotel breakfast area was closed and they served the breakfast at the room. We had to call everyday because the breakfast was not delivered on time including the day that we had an early departure for the airport. One day I made a mistake and ordered two coffees instead of a coffee and hot chocolate. I call and told me since it was my mistake they would not do the chocolate. Anyway the chocolate as well as the coffee was never hot. It was warm at best. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone since the price was not cheap.

near big magacines,good situation-near

near big magacines,good situation-near metro and train station RER. Excellent buffee in the morning. Small rooms. Noise from the street and the bub. I have been in this hotel 4 times 4 nights.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Bei Fragen steht das Personal jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und jederman/frau findet etwas Passendes. Unser Zimmer im Parterre war recht klein aber sauber. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr geringhörig.

Paris City of Lights

We really had a wonderful time. The breakfast was very good, lots of things to choose from. We did get excellent tips for dinner and entertainment from the consierge. The room was tiny, but well equiped.
