The Aberotel is a charming little

The Aberotel is a charming little hotel where rooms are very small but clean, it is reasonably quiet and close to a metro station and 10 to 15 minutes away from the very busy Montparnasse Station district for those who like to walk.

A small room as you would expect

A small room as you would expect in Paris but very nice overlooking a lovely internal courtyard. Free internet and good airconditioning but you can open the windows too. Close, but not too close, to metro, SNCF and car hire. A good price when discounted; normally 130 Euro for a double.

Dans un quartier calme, avec une

Dans un quartier calme, avec une cour intrieure,un peu plus loign de la gare Montparnasse que je le pensais, mais sur le trajet métro des principaux sites visiter: Tour Eiffel, Montmartre, Pigalle.Décoration indienne de bon goût.

Rue tranquille, joli décor et

Rue tranquille, joli décor et calme. Le personnel est très serviable. Chambres petites mais mignonnes, métro tout près. Très bonne affaire au tarif internet. Seulement 12 places pour le petit déjeuner mais un petit bout de jardin s'il fait beau. Un restau familial sympathique dans les environs, le Baribal, ouvert tard.

Breakfast for an extra charge,

Breakfast for an extra charge, though not high for the area. The room safe costs an extra 2 euros a day. The location is excellent, near several metro lines, plus several cafes, restos, brasseries, shops, etc. The room was rather spartan. TV got CNN and BBC World as well as local channels. Not as good as a 2 star hotel I stayed in in the same area, and more expensive, but not a bad compromise for when my favorite isn't available.
