We had a reservation made the morning we stayed. We found the clerk to be courteous and had no trouble conversing with us in English. The facility appeared to have once been very nice, but my guess is that the newer hotels in town has left this
one with little traffic so it appears old and not up to the level of newer facilities.
It was clean and quiet which was what we needed.
