The residence is located in the Nice station, renowed for its "Promenade des Anglais", its palm-trees, its backcountry and its numerous beaches. In heart of a pleasant private garden, full of palm-trees and orange-trees, our residence, recently renovated, is equipped with a small swimming-pool and air-conditioned apartments. Reception opening hours : From Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 am and 4 pm to 7 pm Saturday from 8 am to noon and 2 pm to 8 pm, Sunday 9 am to noon Closed on Wednesday and on Sunday afternoon. . For short stays (2 to 6 nights) check in from 11am and check out before 5pm.

great if you are driving

Good drive to location between the airport and central city. Located about 5 to 6 city blocks from the sea. about 3 blocks to a food store with most of what you need to make some quick meals. Hard to find unless you have Mapquest or GPS. Quiet, landscaped location next to a park. Indoor parking for 10 Euro in a location where parking would be hard to find.

Value for money accommodation a short walk from Promenade DES Anglais

The walk from the Promenade des Anglais is very pleasant, through a garden of well groomed palm trees. Friendly and efficient receptionists greeted me on arrival and explained the fees and entry procedures. The room was a studio with a double sofa bed and two bunks, kitchenette with microwave and ensuite bathroom. The balcony looked out over the apartment gardens and swimming pool.
