If you are on a short business
If you are on a short business trip and just need a room this facility might be adequate (but free wi-fi kicks off about every 15 minutes, requiring re-logging in each time and automatic reroutes to wi-fi advertisers page, interrupting and causing you to lose your work). As tourists it is a 12 to 20 euro cab ride to trains, shopping or restaurants. Even a simple restaurant is a 15 minute walk. The "city view" suite looks out over traffic and a bus stop. Mattress was thin and lumpy. Room was decent size, but cheaply furnished. That said, the kitchenette was clean and appreciated. The laundry facility is grungy and dryer not working. The staff was at least somewhat accommodating in an "I just work here" sort of way. I think this hotel is a bit overpriced. There are many hotels in better locations. Recommend staying more towards Vieux Nice.

A marvellous place to stay when
A marvellous place to stay when you are in Nice, right on the Promenade des Anglais. Spacious, light appartments, with a touch of luxury feeling. You have to remember you are in France, where this kind of standard normally costs a lot more. Our 19 year old son, who is not easy to please, got the bedroom to himself and was very happy with the place. We stayed on the sofabed in the livingroom, which was bigger than the double in the bedroom, and found it surprisingly comfortable. Walk the 15 minutes to the centre of the city looking at the Meditarranian and all the activity on Promenade des Anglais!

cet hotel n'est pas digne d'un
cet hotel n'est pas digne d'un quatre étoile.. état de propreté douteux beaucoup d'équipement defectueux..le sol de la chambre etait jonché de taches..les vitres pleine de taches de gras et sur le balcon des detritus.Malgrés ma réclamation du premier jour rien n'a était fait avec l'avant dernier jour du depart! une honte! à deconseiller absolument

Preis/Leistung stimmt
Das Hotel ist schön am Meer an der Promenade des Anglais. Leider ist in diesem Stadtteil auch fast kein Restaurant vorhanden, also muss man jedes mal ca. 15 Minuten laufen. Auch dann wenn man nur kurz am Abend etwas trinken will. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht ausgestattet, WC war sehr klein, dafür Küche/TV im "Wohnzimmer". Hatte leider Zimmer auf die Stadtseite nicht auf die Seeseite. Die Stadtseite ist eher laut. Würde dieses Hotel für 2-3 Tage Städtetrip empfehlen , aber nicht für effektiven Urlaub. Dafür stimmt aber die Preisleistung, wer mehr Luxus will muss auch mehr zahlen!

Hotel mit guetn ÖV verbindungen.
Unser Aufenthalt war schön, doch man kann nicht viel erwarten. Schade das ein 4 Sterne Hotel kein Schwimmbad hat und das das Personal kein Deutsch spricht. Meine Kinder waren sehr unzufrieden mit der Kautsch, da sie sehr unbequem war.

+: Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick (allerdings durch die Promenade etwas laut), eigener Küchenbereich mit Geschirr- und Töpfeausstattung, Nähe zum Zentrum, freundliches Hotelpersonal ~: Kein hoteleigener Parkplatz (nur öffentliche, teure Garage), für den Preis etwas zu abgewohnt, eher 3* Kategorie, an der Sauberkeit der Zimmer muss noch gearbeitet werden

super Hotel ABER.....
Die Aussicht ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, Platzmangel ist eigentlich kein Problem, ein Manko ist die Sauberkeit, Schimmel im Bad,und unsauberes Geschirr haben wir erfahren.... Das Personal kennt das Grüssen nicht wirklich und für jede Frage, gibt es zwar eine Antwort trotzdem kommt man sich lästig vor.... aber alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr gut ich hatte sehr gute Ferien

Qualité et standing
Accueil irréprochable , le personnel est disponible et a l'écoute , conseil même pour tout ce qui est à faire aux alentours. La vue est superbe, la chambre spacieuse et bien entretenue, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir... Seul bémol , le prix mais la ville et ses atouts, Cannes et Monaco tout près vous le font presqu'oublier...
