Nice hotel with full kitchens a short walk to the beach, attractions
Rooms at Residence Hotel Nice Fleurs offer a private bathroom and small kitchen. Stock up on essentials at nearby supermarkets. Make the easy walk to the beach or the famed Promenade des Anglais. Plenty of bakeries, cafés and restaurants sit within a half mile from this quiet hotel. A helpful staff points out favorite stops. For convenience, enjoy breakfast on site (fees apply) and use the free high-speed wireless Internet access in the breakfast room. Park in the underground garage (fees apply). Pets are welcome at the Residence Hotel Nice Fleurs.

Convenient and good value
A good, easy, convenient, comfortable place to stay. The bedroom and kitchen were quite shabby and needed a lick of paint and new carpets. However, it was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom and even under the beds were spotless! We didn't have the breakfast but it didn't look as if it was worth eight euros. We made our own every morning having bought all our food from Casino supermarket about 5 minutes walk away.

GOOD LOCATED
KITCHENETTE IS VERY POOR,MUST BE MUCH BETTER. BUT HOTEL IS NOT BAD, VERY COMFORTABLE COMMUNICATION WITH MOST CENTRAL PLACES. COULD BE VALUED 3,6 ( OF 5)

Really big apartment
Three generations of our family took a trip to Nice as a last minute break. Nice Fleurs apparthotel was the choice of hotels. It was a good price and included flights. The apartment was a surprise as it was huge. With a big bedroom, large living room and kitchen/diner. We stayed on the third floor and chose to walk up the stairs to our apartment. In truth, the decor was a bit dated (reminded me of the 90's) but it was clean and had all that we needed for our stay. The staff were always helpful and courteous. All in it was very good value for Our money.

never book this hotel, never
Its not even a hotel apartment complex with front desk which closed at 8PM i got to this place at 11pm and DID NOT got the key from the room and finally took the room in closest hotel next morning spoke with front desk girl and she sad- im sorry NO MONEY BACK((((( Do not book this hotel even free thanks

needed TLC
The apartment was roomy but it did not look clean. The hallway was dark and we had a hard time finding a light to help us find our room door. The place generally needed TLC.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft für Anspruchslose
Großes Zimmer mit Terasse im Garten, wäre wirklich super gewesen, wenn nicht der laute Aufenthaltsraum nebenan liegen würde, so dass es dort nur von 2 - 7 Uhr nachts wirklich ruhig ist. Spartanische Ausstattung, Ameisenstraßen in Küche und Bad, Schmuddelecken und zurückhaltendes Personal sind bei dem günstigen Preis auszuhalten (mediterraner Standard).

Séjour agréable
Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Merci à toute l'équipe. Nous avons séjourné pour la 3ème fois dans la résidence Nice Fleurs. Très bel appartement.
