Nice hotel with full kitchens a short walk to the beach, attractions
Rooms at Residence Hotel Nice Fleurs offer a private bathroom and small kitchen. Stock up on essentials at nearby supermarkets. Make the easy walk to the beach or the famed Promenade des Anglais. Plenty of bakeries, cafés and restaurants sit within a half mile from this quiet hotel. A helpful staff points out favorite stops. never book this hotel, never
Its not even a hotel apartment complex with front desk which closed at 8PM i got to this place at 11pm and DID NOT got the key from the room and finally took the room in closest hotel next morning spoke with front desk girl and she sad- im sorry NO MONEY BACK((((( Do not book this hotel even free thanks

Needs to try harder!
No air conditioning nor even a fan and this on the Cote d Azur! No English language TV channels. The lifts broke down 3 days out of 5. There was not enough light in the room to read a book after 4pm; indeed there was not even a bedside lamp. When the toilet paper ran out we had to beg for more at reception, a humbling experience. The continental breakfast was double the price on the street and the coffee was self serve from a thermos. I vow never to slum it this bad again! However, the staff were all very friendly, exceedingly helpful, full of local advice and could handle my bad French with professional ease.

This is our second time here in
This is our second time here in two years. This speaks for itself - we thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the flexibility provided by having an appartment; proximity to sea and local landmarks, utilities, shops, restaurants etc; friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back.

Reception was closed when we arrived, even though our e-mail said they would be there until 10pm, they closed at 8pm. We were able to get our key from a safe after phoning them. Not too far from Nice station but a long walk to the town centre.

We (two) had an enjoyable week
We (two) had an enjoyable week in a large apartment with excellent facilities including fitted kitchen/diner; separate toilet and bathroom; and extensive living room. Several clean towels were provided. The premises are ideal for beach, restaurants and eating places; shops and supermarkets; local places of interest; railway station and a 15 minute bus ride from the airport (bus all day ticket 4 euros, taxi 29 euros). Breakfast can be ordered at the Residence too. The private square between the two buildings is quiet and well tended, providing the ideal place in which to lounge and have a drink (own bottle). It was ideal - we shall return.

Stayed in sept 09 ,very good price and location.5-10min walk to beach & all action.2BR is actually 1 BR + lounge with sofabed.minimum utensils.Room was clean but Dishwasher had 2 inches of dirt caked on.parking 10 euros per nite,main bed was 2 singles together not good for couples.no air conditioning.stay was ok becoz we spent most of the time out n about .Nice is veery niice.

needed TLC
The apartment was roomy but it did not look clean. The hallway was dark and we had a hard time finding a light to help us find our room door. The place generally needed TLC.

rooms need better maintenance
rooms need better maintenance (broken applicances/hooks), especially the bathrooms. just a little bit of fresh paint might help too.
