The service is good and the staffs are very helpful. one suggestion is during a previous stay , we wanted to add a 'day use' and we could not . This is the 4th time that i go to same Kyriad for the last 2years. and there is no fidelity card even thoughi had previous ly booked and registered with Kyriad hotels in Paris few years back. we stayed a few days and we were due to take a very late flight so one of us wanted to spend a day use and she could not get the same rate that we stayed the 3 previous days neither the rate by internet Kindly add to suggestion box foe extension of stay

La Salle de bain et les toilettes
La Salle de bain et les toilettes sentent mauvais... (odeur d'urine)... Sèche cheveux pas pratique et très très sale. Chambre très petite... Heureusement le lit est confortable et spacieux. Théîere moisie et très entartrée à l'intérieur et lorsqu'on demande de nettoyer on nous dit que ce n'est pas grave ça et que l'on va voir si l'on peut faire quelque chose !!!! (retour de la théîere 24 heures après sentant fortement le vinaigre blanc !!!! On passe sous silence le thé qui est alors imbuvable !) peintures et murs poussiérieux. Employées pas très agréables et peu polies... (les bonjours on connait pas trop ici !) Pas une bonne référence pour les Kyriad qui habituellement sont beaucoup plus agréables et convenables... Dommage.

Hotel caro para como estaban las instalaciones, tanto el baño como las habitaciones. Se oían a los huéspedes tanto del piso de arriba como de los lados. En las fotos de internet se veía mejor de lo que estaba en la realidad. Buena situación geográfica.

Hôtel situé près du Vieux Port
Hôtel situé près du Vieux Port à Nice : balade à pied sympa. Le parking de l'hôtel est petit et coûte 9 euros par jour, nombre limité de places et idéal pour petites voitures ! La chambre est correcte, peut-être un peu petite.

El garage es muy pequeño, incluso
El garage es muy pequeño, incluso un día no tuvimos donde aparcar el coche. La habitación tenía descorchones en las paredes. La habitación solo tenía un enchufe.
