Situated in the heart of Nice in the pedestrian area and only two steps from the beach the "Hotel de Suede" welcomes you with its new facade in the typical colors of Nice and its entirely refitted and re-decorated rooms in winter 2010/2011.All the rooms are equipped with bath or shower, WC, air condition, direct dial telephone, safety box, satellite television channels. New in the rooms: TV flat screen, WiFi access, hair dryer, very good isolation by double glazing windows. The Hotel de Suede, formerly Hotel Harvey, offers now a superior three star accommodation and remains open the whole year. The situation of the hotel allows you to reach in only a few minutes the beach, the Promenade des Anglais, the old town, place Massena and it takes you only 4 stops in tram to get to the convention center Acropolis. The multilingual staff will propose you a large choice of restaurants and shops and will welcome you in a familiar and warm ambience. Public parking nearby.

Nice, rather small rooms. I had

Nice, rather small rooms. I had a room with a view to the back yard (i.e.no view, but very calm) and a large bathroom. A friend had a room with a view over Rue Masséna and nice evening sun, but a very small bathroom. Some rooms seem to have balconies. Wonderful location, very close to the beach and all kinds of shopping, and practically on the pedestrian street. Note: The hotel name is de Suède (= Sweden, in French), not Suedue!

Hotel de Suède

Hotel très agréable, très bien localisé. Chambre spacieuse mais salle de bain un peu petite. Très bon accueil.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

La brasserie du cours au Cours Saleya au Vieux Nice. Le prix reste abordable et on mange super bien et à notre faim.

Der Aufenthalt war super..gute Lage..sehr sauber...fast noch nie ein so tolles 3 stern hotel gesehen..hammer lobby

excellent rapport qualité prix

venue pour courir le marathon de nice, j'ai apprécié la facilité d'accès, la proximité des restaurants, des commerces et surtout de la croisette, sans oublier le parking mais vraiment trop cher !!!

房間的地毯似乎用了很久，黑黑的很髒的感覺，讓人住起來不太舒服。只有很基本的衛浴設備，連吹風機都沒有。跟櫃台要求後提供了一部很容易就過熱無法使用的吹風機，真令人懷疑這是尼斯的三星飯店的水準!

房間的地毯看起來用很久了，黑黑的很髒的感覺，讓人住起來不是很舒服。衛浴設備很基本，連吹風機都沒有，跟櫃台要求後提供了一部很容易就過熱無法使用的吹風機!令人懷疑怎會尼斯的三星飯店是這樣的水準!

フロントの昼間担当のマダム達はとっても感じが良いです。荷物を預かってもらう時も安心できます。部屋は古めで、冷蔵庫もぶーんと音がしますが、非常に効き目は良いですし、エアコンもありますし、設備としては問題ないです。
