Nice, rather small rooms. I had
Nice, rather small rooms. I had a room with a view to the back yard (i.e.no view, but very calm) and a large bathroom. A friend had a room with a view over Rue Masséna and nice evening sun, but a very small bathroom. Some rooms seem to have balconies. Wonderful location, very close to the beach and all kinds of shopping, and practically on the pedestrian street. Note: The hotel name is de Suède (= Sweden, in French), not Suedue!

Clean and reasonable with nicely sized rooms. Not luxurious but quite serviceable. Only complaint is that the location is a bit noisy.

It would have been nice to have
It would have been nice to have had at least one easy chair in the room. Television set should have been in a museum. Enjoyable stay thanks to location and friendly staff

The roooms are in need of refurbishment
The roooms are in need of refurbishment and more plug sockets would have been useful - had to unplug the TV to use my hairdryer and this socket was at the back of the fridge, so not very convenient. However, room was spacious and clean and the fridge was a definite bonus.

Clean and friendly hotel situated
Clean and friendly hotel situated in just off the main promonarde. Easy walking distance to all main areas of Nice. There are some good local restraunts close by which offer a variety of food. The rooms are good sized with en suite facilities which include a bath and a shower. The breakfast is basic but sufficent, the staff are friendly and speak understandable english. Some rooms come with balconay's which allow you to sit out on, weather permitting. I would use it again.

excellent rapport qualité prix
venue pour courir le marathon de nice, j'ai apprécié la facilité d'accès, la proximité des restaurants, des commerces et surtout de la croisette, sans oublier le parking mais vraiment trop cher !!!
