25th Anniversary Getaway
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was a convenient 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the beach and all of the shops and cafes. The rooftop lounge and restaurant were nice at the end of a long day of sightseeing. The view from the lounge was beautiful and we really enjoyed just sitting by the pool and relaxing with a drink before dinner. We ate one meal at the hotel and it was quite good. Our only complaint would be that the hotel does not offer free wifi to its guests in their rooms. You have to sit in the lobby and even then the signal was not very good. The staff at the front desk were great. They offered directions and answered our questions and language was never an issue. We would definately stay at this hotel again.

Good value hotel in prime loaction
Although a short stay, a decent room with very friendly, helpful & polite staff. Great location being a few minutes walk from the main promenade, SNCF & tram stops. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Base Camp
Location fantastic for exploring Nice, walk to beach, Casino, Old Town. Street parking fairly easy.Free WiFi. Great helpful staff. Safe, beautiful neighborhood with plenty of cafes, markets, parks.

It's all happening in Vieux Ville, the old section of town, short walk to all pedestrian plaza's, shopping, bars and restaurants.

The Splendid offers a good quality
The Splendid offers a good quality of accommodation. It's a little walk (10mins) from the centre of Nice (i.e. the main shops and restaurants) but offers a gym and restaurant of its own - the latter with great views on Nice as it's on the 8th floor. The gym was a little over-sold as a 'gym' - in fact it's quite a small room with 3 pieces of equipment, at least 1 of which isn't currently working. Breakfast at 16Euros is too expensive for a Brit with the exchange rate at approx £1=1Euro, but outside cafes offered Petit Dejeuner Anglais for 6, 7, 8Euros. The room was cleaned very well every day during my 6night stay - and quickly too.

Lage, Essen und Personal TOP!
ich war für 4 Tage in Nizza. Das Hotel liegt etwa 500m vom Strand. Je nach Zimmer hat man sogar noch Meerblick. Der Pool und das Restaurant auf dem Dach sind unschlagbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Badausstattung nicht mehr allzu neu aber noch okay. Privatstrand lohnt sich (18 Eur/Tag/Person). Echter Geheimtipp!

doskonała lokalizacja hotelu -
doskonała lokalizacja hotelu - pomiędzy główną stacja kolejową, plażą oraz centrum handlowym. Obsługa bardzo dobra - choć cena trochę zbyt wyskoka w stosunku do standardu wykończenia. Jednak polecam.
