Vintage grand hotel on the Promenade des Anglais

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
The hop on hop off bus is a short walk from the hotel and if you get a two day pass it is a great value. One day is ok, but the second day is only 3 more Euros each person.

The heart of the Promenade
We were only in Nice for one night, however, the location of the hotel made access to the most important sights quick and easy. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby and restaurant are updated and clean. The rooms even though they are very large seemed somewhat dated.Strolling along the promenade to Castle hill and to the port while gazing on the Mediterranean was what this trip was all about.

Restaurant Le Koudou just steps from the hotel was the best dining experience we had while we were in France.
