Hotel Nouvel Nice

This is at most and on a good day, two star. I would not recommend this to a friend. There was a poster outside the hotel saying single rooms are 70 yet they wanted to extend my stay at the hotel for no less than 100. Tourist preyers

The only part that is "nouvel" meaning new is in the name of the hotel. The hotel is in very bad shape:water stained walls, stained carpets in hallways and rooms, bathtub enamel damaged. The doors do not have chains or additional lock for safety. It needs major cleaning and update. Even the coffee at breakfast in undrinkable. It consists in powdered coffee and hot water.

Room fittings good enough for us for the price we paid e.g. 20in tv (with EuroSports & Planete channels and 7 other channels), hot water, aircon (not sure if it worked but we were there in spring so no need for it), staff were helpful and friendly, hotel is in a quiet area (even though a big church is just across the road - no bells ringing or organ playing and singing).

I enjoyed my stay there, the staff was very helpfull and the hotel is in a great position. There just wasnt any hot water pressure in the shower. It was hot in Nice that week anyway!

The hotel itself was really nice, with a clean and spacious room and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. However, staff were not at all friendly and at times made youf feel as though you were imposing on them by staying there and were not at all happy to help you out if you needed it.

We have just returned from Nice (our second visit) and found the hotel more than adequate for our needs whilst there, it is well placed and whilst the rooms are not large they were clean with comfortable beds and fresh towels daily. We also had the added bonus of a balcony with nice views although who wants to spend much time in their room when they are in Nice. The breakfast was not huge but lovely fresh pastries every day and the coffee was hot and drinkable, we would stay there again.

Chambre un peu vieille mais vu le prix ça reste correct. Bon acceuil de la réception. Hotel plutôt bien situé.

過去4年間、モナコGPの撮影時に宿泊しています。 立地はNICE駅から徒歩10分程度、マセナまで徒歩5分程度で文句なしです。 部屋は可もなく不可もなくといった感じです。 部屋のタイプにもよりますがバス付きの部屋もあります。 朝食は、簡単なものですが無いよりイイです。 宿泊時期は周辺ホテルの価格高騰しますが良心的な値段です。 フロントの方も親切です。フランス語以外にも英語はキチンと通じます。 今年は、夜番担当フロントのお兄さんがトテモ親切でした。 一つだけ欠点といえばネット接続環境がイマイ です。 Wifiは１階と２階しかダメです。昨年は３階でも接続出来たのですが、 今年はダメでした。今年は、フロント横の部屋で接続していると、 前述のお兄さんがコーヒーを持って来てくれました。 チェックアウト前日夜にタクシーを予約しました。 確認のためにわざわざ部屋にまで確認に来ました。普通のフランスの ホテルでは有り得ないです。翌日朝、１０分遅れくらいでタクシー来ましたが 待ち時間に間もコーヒーを持って来てくれました。 また、来年以降も利用させて頂きます。
