Good budget hotel
Room clean with good bathroom, and very small balcony, (nice when very warm). Stairs and corridors...

The Lepante is a charming hotel which combines elegance and refinement, hotel dispose of 27 rooms all comforts and a flowered terrace offers a quiet culinary break of fine days especially for breakfast.

Someone needs to tell you there is no elevator and if you book through it you will be put in the smallest room three flights up. Not what Senior citizens are looking for: By the time you lug your suitecases up its ti;e for a heart attack. The location was good for the beach and getting to the old town. Corinne Dreon

Wish that we'd known that there was NO elevator.
Perfect location in the city. Spotless bathroom with tiny shower. Hauling suitcases & our 70 year old selves up 4 flights of stairs was not fun. Concierge was very helpful. Parking lot was only a few blocks away.

Good budget hotel
Room clean with good bathroom, and very small balcony, (nice when very warm). Stairs and corridors wide, (no lift) - good breakfast and breakfast room with outside terrance. Street straight across from hotel leads to main shopping throughfare, (Ave Medecin), where 1 Euro on the tram takes you to the Old Town, (eating out etc), the sea front, the Station, other locations. Value for money - no real complaints

Bus and trams are so cheap - but make sure you have a valid ticket - validated on the vehicle as there are often checks. Take bus to St Paul-de-vence, you will not be dissapointed.

Excellent choice
Great budget hotel. Wide stairs and corridors, good breakfast room with outside terrace. Our room had very small balcony out of the midday sun which was nice. Bathroom was very good, as was breakfast. Street opposite, Rue Biscarra, goes straight to the Avenue Medecin where the trams are. 1Euro for ticket, and then easy to go to old town, sea front, railway station, etc. No complaints - Value for money.
