This is a fully refurbished property in excellent location. ( 1209/ss ) This is a traditional five storey building painted in a cream colour. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Nice opposite the station and just a few steps from the tramway.

The rooms are of meduim size and have been refubished in a contemporary style. Rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.

OVERPRICED

Very good location if you need to be close to the train station. Otherwise, less than basic facilities. TV did not work, tried several remote controls to no avail, were not moved to another room. Room extremely small. Hotel rate was Euros 89 on June 29, 2011.
