Comfortable price. Convenient location for travelers. Very short walk (5 minutes) to the train station. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Staffs are very nice, helpful and very informative. Breakfast was very good and lunch bags provided before we left for our tour was great. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel has great, helpful and very friendly staff. In the morning the free breakfast comes in handy and saves some money and in Nice take all the financial breaks you can get. I also recomend the lunch boxes, also free. The location itself is a little further then advertized, probably a mile and a half from the beach and if I was a single woman would probably not feel safe walking there at night. Also if you're used to American hotel rooms you will find this place a little cramped but all and all considering everything I would stay there again.

Good Value and Close to Train Station
Nice clean room and slightly bigger than usual by European standards. The best thing about the hotel is the staff (particularly Norbert) - This guy made a three star hotel feel more like a four star experience. He is gracious, friendly and very accomodating. One down side was that air conditioning was not working properly the two days we were there. I am assuming that was just a temporary glitch. If not, I would downgrade my rating to 3 stars.

Go down to the waterfront for dining and entertainment - not much atmosphere in the vicinity close to the hotel.

The room was 60 pounds per night,
The room was 60 pounds per night, with breakfast, lunch box and wireless internet. Location was excellent, 3 minutes to train station - very ideal to visit the coastal cities/towns of southern France, given there isn't a great deal to see in Nice apart from the beach/port area. Service was average - below average, in some occasions one/two particular staff can make you feel uncomfortable. Breakfast bar was small, but food quality was good.

Really nice 4* hotel and with free breakfast,lunch box and wireless We had no complaints. The slight street noise was expected. But proximity to station (500 metres) was great for rail pass users on brief stay

Great hotel!
The hotel was only a few blocks from the train station. Upon arrival they gave us complimentary beverages and answered all our questions. The rooms were quiet and clean, lovely bathrooms. We were allowed to use the hotel's laptop and wi-fi free of charge for an hour. They provide breakfast and also gave us complimentary sandwiches and chips to take out for lunch. They let us leave our bags with the staff after we checked out. The seashore and shopping center are fairly close. As a train traveler looking for a bargain, couldn't have asked for anything better.
