Für einen Kurztrip super geeignet
zentral gelegenes, sauberes und nachts sehr ruhiges Hotel, da es in der Fußgängerzone liegt und nachts keine Autos, nur eine sehr leise Tramway fährt; das Personal war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und sehr nett!!!

durchchnittliches hotel
das hotel war nicht schlecht. die lage ist nur relativ als gut zu sehen, große parkplatzprobleme da der nächste parkplatz immer voll, und auch zu zahlen ist, und erst ab 20 uhr frei ist, das große manko des hotels ist das Frühstück denn 13 Euro dafür zu wollen ist viel !

privilage room に泊まりました。
天井も高く
privilage room に泊まりました。 天井も高くて、バスルームも広くて、すごく良かったです。 海岸からは、遠いですが、トラムにすぐ乗って行けるし、不便は感じませんでした。 朝食も良かったです。高いですが、外でも結局同じくらいかかってしまうので。ダノンのヨーグルトが美味しかったです。

The rooms near the next building
The rooms near the next building are not well isolated. You ear the neighbours singing or listening their music... if you don't like : bad luck !

Hotel très bien situé en plein
Hotel très bien situé en plein centre de Nice , mais car il y a un mais depuis la construction du tramway, l'avenue Jean Medecin sur laquelle il se trouve est totalement réservée au tram. L'arrivée en voiture c'est un casse tête . Il y a le parking Notre Dame a une minute de l'hôtel avec un tarif particulier( 13 euros pour une nuit) pour les clients des hôtels du quartier.Conclusion préparez votre arrivée en voiture ce que nous n'avions pas fait.

価格が安い割りに、全ての面で満足のいくホテルでした。難点として、壁が薄いせいか隣室の客の音がよく聞こえてしまうことです。それだけは残念でしたが、もし、またニースに行く機会があればまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした。価格重視の方にはおすすめできるホテルです。
