A Hotel of Two Halves!
The reception looked plush and lavish enough and I felt a bit coned as the rooms were a whole other experience. There was a foul sewage odour on the entire corridor of Floor 5 for our entire stay of three nights. The room was pokey, terribly rough around the edges and the decor was awful. The room resembled one you might expect in a 1 or 2 star hotel. The carpets were also filthy. Other than that, the location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful but I wouldn't stay there again.

Great Location
This is NOT a 4* Hotel. The rooms are like something out of Fawlty Towers but smaller. The A/C didn't work despite making a strange noise most of the night. The Hotel appears to be going through a renovation that has suddendly stopped. Despite the poor facilities the location is great for both shopping and dinning out so if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep its OK. If on the other hand you are looking for something special go somewhere else.

not a 4 star
Never again!
Have just returned from a stay in this hotel and never again! This is not a 4 star hotel and the staff have not heard of customer service. The rooms are completely different to what is featured on the website - when we checked in I could see that our rooms were 433 and 438 but the guy on reception suddenly changed them to 107 and 108 - these have got to be the worst rooms ever - they were dirty, wallpaper grubby, horrible, looking out on a building site, noisy. Even though our party had booked a deal with breakfast included, each morning in the restaurant we were rudely told that our breakfast was not included. The rooms were not fully cleaned - glasses not cleaned after use, shower gels not replaced, room not hoovered. Have never experienced anything as bad as this hotel - we are regular visitors to Nice - always stay in a 4 star hotel (West End, Beau Rivage, Quality Inn) only reason we did not book one of these again was because they were all booked out.

Travel 1001
Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Aufenthalt war nur für 2 Nächte, Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes, sah nach Erweiterungsbau aus. Wir waren Überrascht über die extravagante Einrichtung/Style. Sehr schönes Zimmet, geräumig, sauber, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Ruhig gelegen in die Seitengasse, sehr gute Lage nähe Strand, Altstadt und Shoppingmeile. Top, jederzeit wieder.

Tolle Lage
Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit fantastischer Lage. Teilweise renovierte Zimmer - tolle Dachterrasse , Frühstückraum im Souterrain ohne Fenster.
