Overall a pleasant stay over New

Overall a pleasant stay over New Year 2010. Hotel was easy to find and good location next to a tube station. A bit of a drive from a car park (I think we may have missed a closer one however). The hotel was meant to have a bar however this was closed for a week over New Year (seemed a bit odd as I am sure this would be a great time for business!!). Anyway there was no food/snacks available and I wasnt prepared to fork out £3 for a 10 pringles from the minibar!!! Little things were missing from the room such as nice large towels (we had one hand towel and one towel big enough to dry half a leg). The rooms were quiet which was nice. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice! However I was not impressed when the hotel had spanked 4 breakfasts on the bill at the end as it was meant to be included in the hotelclub voucher. Anyway a chat with the manager sorted that out. A lovely restaurant around the corner called Chez Livio is gorgeous!!!
