It includes 2 luxury units with modern lines, comprising 119 apartments with very comfortable living spaces designed and equipped to give a sense of autonomy and leisure travelers a sense of efficiency for business travelers. The studios, T2 and T3 are furnished, equipped and ready to live. Ideally located on City Residence is also close to major road networks. Reception desk is open from 9am to 7pm.City tax is not included and have to be paid on spot.

Rapport qualité/prix

Les appartements sont bien et très utiles tout fonctionne à merveille. La réception est très accueillante, et même si les horaire de réception sont fermés vous pouvez toujours appeler on vous donne des indications pour comment entrer et accéder a votre chambre.

Shopping tip: Long walk from hotel

Cet hôtel est situé entre deux par l'autoroute qui sépare plusieurs zone industriel avec des grandes surfaces comme Leclerc, Carrefour, Castorama, Decathlon etc..etc... si vous avez la voiture ce n'est pas un grand obstacle, mais si vous êtes à pied vous en avez pour environ 15-20min à marcher. Et si vous voulez vous déplacer dans le centre Nantes il y a une station de tramway où il faut marcher aussi pas mal.
