In a green setting the 400-room hotel was built on the model of the Classic Chateaux of the 17th century. The decoration concentrates on the theme of the Musketeers and the Postdam Chateau.

Corporate events in our 9 daylight conference rooms and events facilities, which have enough space for up to 350 people.

Cold at Disneyland Paris
We arrived late on our first night and found the heating in the room was broken. It was very cold resulting in a really uncomfortable night with little sleep. They managed to fix it the following day but it really spoilt our stay. Getting the courtesy buses to and from the parks was similar to being in the middle of a scrum, each man for himself with no queing system. The hotel is not really 4 star standard.

The Dream Castle was a Dream Come True!
We were upgraded to a BEAUTIFUL suite that had two king size beds and a bath and a half, two televisions and two sitting rooms. It was absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast and the shuttle service was timely and the buses could hold many people, much like a city bus. We are so glad we chose this hotel.

Just a "heads up" to Americans that Paris Disneyland has VERY short hours, even in the summer, compared to the Disney parks in the U.S. -And the individual rides open and close at random times throughout the day. VERY annoying! We did not feel like we got our money's worth for the high price of the pass!

The prices of room service and
The prices of room service and the vending machines was very high. However the restaurant food was of excellant quality and reasonably priced. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size. Would definitly stay there again. The free shuttle bus to the disneyland parks and eurostar train station were very convenient.

Lost in the Dark
This was the worst ever. When we checked in I didnt understand why the hotel was so dark. So I had asked the front desk why was it so dark they said it was a black out for about 8 hours. I asked why wasnt I sent a e-mail. And they said they had no clue, so I asked for a manager and she wouldnt talk to me. So they sent me to a room but that wasnt the room I paid for. So we were left in the pitch black hall way and no way to get to Disiney. We lost a hole day at the park and I didnt talk to a manager until that night and the manager was standing there the hole time and refused to speak to me. This was a horrible choice in hotels. I will never stay here again.
