Saphir Lyon
The hotel was quite good. The above negative points are not very bad, really. The hotel staff were very friendly, and helped my daughter(19 years) and I quite well.

Be aware of the available shopping hours. We suffered a bit from this, on a Monday also. The hotel has almost nothing in English, for tourists. A map of the Metro system and how to use it would be very helpful. We came from the main Lyon airport by bus, getting off at Parrache station, and then using 2 metro trains to get to the hotel. The website should provide FULL details on to/from the airport.

Cet hôtel mérite ses 3 étoiles sauf pour la situation qui est un peu excentrée. Grande chambre confortable, calme et bien entretenue. Très bon service et rapport qualité/prix. Accès WiFi restreint (nombreux sites inaccessibles).
