The hotel is peaceful and its spacious and comfortable rooms are all equipped with safes, TVs and hair dryers. Some communicating rooms are also available for family accommodation. A buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant overlooking the Shrines. Rooms are furnished with classical-style furniture and are equipped with all mod cons. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and regional meals that have delighted pilgrims and visitors for many years. A cosy bar completes the Sainte Rose hotel's services, for a pleasant stay right next to Lourdes Shrines. If you need any tranfert from the railway station or the Airport to the hotel, please contact the reception directly.

Great location and excellent staff.

Great location and excellent staff. Room was a little tired but was large,clean and comfortable and cosidering the lost was excellent value. I would definitely use this hotel again.

UNHAPPY SEVEN

The rooms were not air conditioned, only the reception area and the dinning room. There was a smell in the room and in the bed sheets.

A wonderful and serene environment

Visited the sanctuaries every day which was our goal in the trip. Wished there was a fridge even the small one in the room. This was our first visit and we did enjoy the time we were there. Unfortunately we were not able complete our paid tour because of change in our return trip to Paris.

- stained beddings - room found

- stained beddings - room found open on one of the days at 6.30pm and not fully cleaned, with no explanation leaving my property at risk - poor air circulation. No curtain nettings, so if you open the window, you are exposed to being seen by those in higher floors - too much light at night coming from outside so you cannot sleep comfortably
