Lets go to an exhibition! The Balladins hotel in the Garonor mixed development zone is located in quiet surroundings not far from the countryside, and is the ideal place to relax in peace and quiet in one of its 68 totally soundproof rooms. Whether alone, with your partner, a group or your family, hotel cater for all your needs (rooms accommodate up to 4 persons). A meeting room which can accommodate up to 40 persons is also available. Feel free to relax and unwind in the hotel restaurant, on the terrace, in the lounge area or at the bar, or even in the garden. The hotel also provides reception amenities.

Situated in the north of the Paris region, just 5 minutes from Roissy CDG and Bourget airports and from the Parc des Expositions (exhibition centres) in Villepinte and Bourget, the hotel offers quality services for getting to these places, and provides a free shuttle from Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 7pm (reservation required). Just outside the hotel, bus n 350 brings you to Paris via the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est.

Als Geschäftsreisender war ich auf der Suche nach einem Hotel in der Nähe des Messezentrums in Paris. Da zur Messezeit die Hotels extrem teuer sind haben wir uns kurzfristig für das Hotel Balladins entschieden, da die Bilder im Netz ganz ordentlich waren. Schon bei der Anreise und dem Erstkontakt mit der äußeren Hotelfassade wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt - schon von außen ist das Hotel extremst baufällig! Die Zimmer sehr klein. Die durchtrennend fällt auseinander, mit extremst schimmligen Silikonfugen an der Wand. Die Steckdosenabdeckungen gebrochen und höchst gefährlich! Der Fluchtweg aus dem 5 oder 6 Stock über eine außen liegende Wendeltreppe! Schmutzige und unhygienische Zustände wohin man nur schaut! Von meiner Seite aus: Finger weg von diesem Hotel! Nach einer Stunde haben wir das Hotel wieder verlassen!
