Hotel was nice and staff were friendly. The food was good. The only thing that was against it was the price of a taxis' to pick us up from the hotel and take to the Disney park was 25 euros each time. And 15 euros from park to the hotel. What
thought was a bit pricey as I spent 80 euros on this. There are buses that come past the hotel that could be and option, but I had a excited, tired and young child...
My 2 sisters & I booked this hotel because it was at least half of what the other Paris hotels cost & it looked cute. This was our first trip to Paris and we didn't realize how far outside the city this location was. The staff was very, very
helpful, polite & nice. The room was clean and charming, but the hotel is old (I didn't mind). There were two restaurants, we only ate at the pizzeria, which was good. The breakfast is not included.
Our biggest problem was getting to and from the hotel. It's a 45-minute train ride into Paris, but you have to catch a bus to get to the train station, or pay a taxi. The last bus back to the hotel was at 8pm - we missed it both times & getting a taxi was a hassle. We had a really early flight out and the taxi ride to CDG was expensive, but if our flight was later, the bus/train might have been ok, even if it would have taken 2 hours.
I recommend this hotel for the price & staff, but only if you don't plan on early/late nights in town or if you have a car. We were also close to Disneyland (but didn't go there), but you would need a bus or taxi to get to it. Call the hotel in advance to get their recommendation for getting to the hotel upon arrival.
My first impression going down the hall was that it looked like a "hooker hotel", with dim lighting and pink walls. It's a little awkward getting to your room through the tiny hallway. The room was almost clean, but not quite. The shower had 2
shower heads that didn't work well together, and no shower curtain. No major amenities. Bring your own soap, washcloth and shampoo. No wifi. The pizzaria was decent, we didn't try the regular restaurant though.
It is far from the transportation. Need to take taxi back and forth to the train station. One night arrived late and no available taxi. the receptionist has no solution and told me "I am sorry no Taxi tonight" I spent from 1230 am to 230 am and I
found taxi by chance in the street near nearby transection. My wife and I were very stressed from drunk people may pass by. It was Torcy station. The other thing, breakfast is below average and it is 10 Euro. The first night we arrived, I ordered two tea, it was 10 Euro as well. However, the staff are very nice and friendly.I will never go back to it. I advise you guys to go to something near train station, there is alot out there. Near Val d' Europe train station, there is a lot of hotels in the same price. example: Ibis Accor is 85 Euro per night fro two persons and this Hotel was 86 Euro per night via [...]. I have seen one statement by chance and it was 46 Euro per night, I don't know how they got it in this price
