Not impressed at all
When we went up to our room, we found out that it had not been cleaned and it did not have curtains/blinds. We complained and they gave us another room... that had not been cleaned either. The third room was clean, but really cold. We turned the heating on, but it didn't warm up the room much, so we basically froze for two days. Also, the internet code they gave us didn't work either on our laptop or our cell. On the other hand, the room was spacious and the staff friendly and helpful...

Good GVA Hotel
Nice hotel, good restaurant, free wifi, clean room, friendly staff. Good price and great hotel for GVA area. Careful, the "free" hotel shuttle only runs limited hours and cab rides to and from the hotel are ridiculously expensive for how close the hotel is. However, compared to the price for other hotels in the area that do have a shuttle, it ended up still saving me money.

Good value for money, unsure about 'residence'
The hotel is certainly well placed and good value for money. Well connected with Geneva by public transport (20 minutes to centre) and ample free parking, supermarket at walking distance - location is extemely good. The hotel has kitchenette in few rooms and not in others - for longer stays for those who want to have kitchens, please make sure you state the choice at time of booking. 20Euro pernight for the kitchen utensils makes it quite expensive for longer stays.

Not worth the price
I picked this hotel because it was close to the Geneve Airport and listed an airport shuttle as one of the Amenities. When we arrived we called for the shuttle and was told it was broken and would not be fixed. I had to spend an extra $70 in transportation cost to and from the airport. The hotel staff was not helpful and offered no accommodation.

Pretty nice
It's the nicest hotel I've seen in the area around Geneva airport / CERN. And it's situated in a fairly quant little town, as opposed to a lot of hotels around here that are just in the middle of nowhere. It seems a bit lacking on maintenance. The lamp on our bedside table is broken so the top with the bulb will actually come off. If you balance it the right way you get a connection and a light, but I don't know why they haven't changed it. There is no water in the pool, which is a bummer,[...]

Short drive from hotel
If you drive through Gex there should be signs for Col De La Faucile, a peak in the Jura mountains. The parking lot should be about 20 minutes drive away, and from there the peak is about an hour and a half of hiking. It's steep, but well worth the effort.

Great Place, a little hard to get to
The staff were very nice and accomodating. The restaurant was good and the room was very cute. Unfortunately it was bit expensive to get too and from. They don't have a bus to the airport and there is a city bus, but it only comes once an hour. This is fine if you coordinate ahead of time otherwise ~ 30CHF each way.

The hotel was close to the airport, as advertised. We got there late and left early, so can't comment on too much, other than it was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel is in France. The city
The hotel is in France. The city bus from the Geneva airport costs 4.60 Swiss Francs and drops you a 10 minute walk from the hotel. A taxi to the airport cost 25 Swiss Francs. Our room had a fridge and stove but no utensils or coffee making supplies (or tea, etc.). We asked for and were give a kettle so we could make coffee. The hotel was clean and quiet. The surrounding area has limited interest. Unless you have business in France it would generally be better to stay closer to downtown Geneva and on the Swiss side of the border.
