So let me start this review off, I found this hotel pretty decent as I paid only 65 euro for 2 nights, which is amazing for Paris. The hotel was clean. The blanket had a real stank smell in it so I put it in the bathroom. There is no thermaste I
found the room kind of chilly .The bathroom is exteremely small, two people cant be in there at the same time. If you are planing to go to the Paris center, Effile tower ETC, this hotel is far about 45 min by car and one hour by train. There isnt ANYTHING by this hotel.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Not close to Paris Center. (Effile Tower). About 10 min away from ORLY air port. Make sure you reserve a taxi the day prior to leaving.
Cheap French hotels recently built are Spartan at best, and this isn't one of the best ones. The price was right, but travelers should know it is located right under the airplane flight approach pattern for Orly Airport. Planes landing until about
11 p.m,, start again about 6 a.m. about 200 feet over the hotel. Staff was friendly (not all English speaking,, but I speak French also), room adequate for a one-night stay but not comfortable. Bed OK, room tiny. I might stay again, but now I know its drawbacks. Would not recommend for charm and amenities, would recommend if price is important. Easily accessible only by car.
I arrived about five hours before the check in time and the staff could've easily said, sorry you have to wait. But my room was ready in minutes and I was able to check in after a long flight.
A little far from the airport but for the price in
France, it was hard to beat.
Rooms and carpet were clean. I loved the nautical feel of the hotel.
Don't expect a Holiday style hotel. Quaint, clean and quiet.
