The residence is located in the Verrerie district in Cannes la Bocca, 30m from a sandy beach. It is a 7 storey building with fully equipped apartments from studios to 2 rooms flats for 4 persons which are well furnished and fitted in a most elegant style. The residence also features 2 magnificent swimming pools for lazy afternoons under the sunshine. NOTE: THE VILLA MAUPASSANT IS OPEN Monday to Saturday 8 AM 12 AM and 4 PM at 7 PM the Sunday 8 am to 13 pm If you arrive outside the opening hours thank you notify us no later than noon on the day of arrival, so we can send you the access codes so that you recover your keys. There's a city tax 1.00 Euros / day / person (free for children under 13 years old). The quoted rates include: TV, access to the swimming pool (closed in winter) and do not include: the cleaning of end the stays 55 towels hire, city tax 1 by day and persons, baby bed and baby chairs (16 euros by week or 4 euros by day) 1 private parking with booking only (60 euros by week or 11 euros by day) Wifi Connection in all the apartments: 1hour: 3 euros 3hours: 5 euros 1 week: 20 euros 1 month: 35 euros
