Hotel located in front of Cannes

Hotel located in front of Cannes train station, 15' walk when arriving with the shuttles from Nice airport. Also 5' away from Rue d'Antibes famous for the nice shops, and 5' from the sea. A little noisy if window on road in front of train station, can ask for room on the back People at front desk very helpful

Value for Money

Great basic little hotel at a very reasonable price. It probably depends what rate you pay for this hotel as to how much you like it; we paid 56 euros total for two people for two nights- an absolute bargain! In my opinion it would still be great value at double the price! Whilst the rooms are small they are clean and sufficient with everything you need. The location just by the train station is convenient especially if arriving by train. We had a car but we parked this at the station car park overnight FOC and just went in the morning to buy a ticket. If you are buying a ticket for the whole day though it could be expensive.. although as we discovered a parking fine is only 11 Euros if you want to chance it. Walking distance to the prominade is only 5-10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants and cafe's nearby. Breakfast on the top level was reasonable, offering cereal, boiled eggs as well as breads pastries and drinks and with a view across Cannes. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall we were very happy with this hotel as it was possibly the best value hotel we have ever stayed in Europe!

Excellent location and lovely hotel

Cannes was a lovely place to visit, we only stayed for two days but this hotel was perfect for this type of stay, it is directly opposite the central train station, from where you can access numerous other areas of interest. The hotel is also very close to all of the shops, the designer boutiques are down by the beach which is only about 5 minutes walk away and is a really nice sandy beach. I would definitely recommend visiting the harbour to see the huge yachts. Anyway the hotel is nice, probably about a 3 star maybe even 2.5. Perfect for short stays.
