Room okay, scary area

The room was okay at this hotel, clean and comfortable, but the bedside lamps were missing bulbs, the TV controls did not work, and there were not enough hotel staff on site to deal with requests. The biggest negative is the town itself, which is kind of scary. Although the hotel is on a major thoroughfare, if you are coming by public transportation, be sure to arrive before dark and to know your way to the hotel from the Metro. I would say it is an economically depressed area and probably a fair amount of drug traffic.
