The staff was very friendly and
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel had many more amenities than expected for one that essentially serves the highway stop over traffic. Our room was modern and clean, with all necessary conveniences including a hair dryer and a full electric plug (not just for razors) in the bathroom. The kitchen with full service bar and dining room was open at 10 pm for late arrivals - very appreciated. Based on this stay, we would stay at other Novotels without hesitation. Excellent rating.
