- The Banquet and Conference Facilities of Hotel Arthur are situated in the heart of Helsinki. We can accommodate conferences with up to 500 participants in different meeting rooms. In our magnificent Ball Room with 250 seats you can arrange conferences, exhibitions, cocktail parties, weddings, gala dinners or Christmas parties. In addition you can choose a facility from our Auditorium, Lecture Hall, Conference Room (5th floor) or Lauha which all suit very well for press conferences and information meetings, and seat approximately 30 - 60 persons. You can also make fine decissions in the atmosphere of the beginning of the century in the halls of Hjelt, Aurola and Malin or the Board Meeting Room. Hotel Arthur has magnificent atmosphere as well as good experience in arranging meetings and banquets. When there is a party, please do not hesitate to contact our sales office!

- The heart of Hotel Arthur is the kitchen. Our chefs prepare in addition to the tasty buffet breakfast also a delicious lunch buffet - suitable also for group lunches. In our a la carte menu you find fresh salads, creamy soups, warm fish and meat dishes for small or big appetite as well as sweet desserts. Our restaurant is fully licensed. The 3 cabinets in the restaurant suits very well for the lunch meetings, dinner parties, family parties or any private occation, where you wish to enjoy good meal in peace. The cabinets can be connected into one bigger room for 100 persons. In our cosy restaurant, which seats 250 persons, you can celebrate banquets, group dinners, Christmas parties and weddings. We tailor the menues according to the theme, and of course, the clients wishes and budget. Our banquet staff are true professionals, set on making your party a great success.

Close to the Metro & Trains
The Arthur Helsinki hotel was average and would have liked some air-conditioning. The breakfast was excellant. Only about 200 ft to the Metro-Subway system and about 300 yards from the Central Bus and train station and another access to the Subway system. A good value for location.

Short walk from hotel
Get a daily metro pass for the time you are there. We paid about $40/per for a three day pass that gets you unlimited access on Subway, buses, streetcars and local trains in the Helsinki area.

Nice location for casual traveler
If you might want to have a spacious bed, and bath tab, it is not the place to stay. I myself is small enough to fit in the bed, and OK with only shower. Location is very good, Breakfast is good enough. Sauna service is fine.

Hotel room was very worn, and
Hotel room was very worn, and as a finn I must say that I'm "shocked" that we have hotels in this bad shape. Personnel was very friendly and breakfast good. Location of the hotel is excellent.

Great Hotel
This is an older hotel so don't expect everything to be perfect. The room was clean,the location is great and the breakfast was super. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We found this to be a good hotel
We found this to be a good hotel in very good location in Helsinki. The building is old but the room we were in was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and the breakfast buffet was very good. Esay to walk to train station and the market area. Good value!
