A stylish and cosy hotel that offers professional service at an excellent location in the Old Town of Tallinn. The building dates back to the 1950s. In 2002, it was renovated and converted into a hotel. The hotel has 82 rooms, a spacious lobby/lobby bar, restaurant Complemento, Vana Wiru Pub, Summer Terraces, a conference facility, a Turkish bath and a Finnish sauna, a luggage room and private parking. The hotel also offers Airport transfer, Conference facilities, Currency exchange, Dry cleaning, Internet access-Wireless available in the entire hotel and is free of charge, Laundry service, Lift/Elevator, Parking facilities-at cost, Reception, Room service, Safe deposit box and Smoke-free hotel. Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Additional charges for extra bed, sauna, parking, restaurant F&B and minibar.

It has the traditional European cuisine as well as the best local and foreign beers. The Pub is also a convenient shortcut from the hotel lobby to Viru Street. Open Mo-Su 08:00-02:00 (110 people).
Restaurant Complemento
It is for 80 people and situated on the first floor of the hotel and specialises in superb Mediterranean cuisine. The atmosphere, menu and interior serve both, business lunches and intimate meetings. Open Mo-Su 11:00-23:00.

Location is everything

There were no rooms available for the standard room at the time of my arrival. They upgraded me to the Suite at no charge. The rooms were kept spotless and the staff was very knowledgeable about events and places to go. The breakfast was first class. I could have not asked for a better place to stay.

Some good, some bad

The bad: 1) They gave another person a key to our room. That person walked into our room while we were there at 1am. 2) One of the people at the front desk, who called a cab company to get two cab rides back to the airport for early in the morning (one at around 4am and one at around 6am) called a cab run by her friend that happened to be at least twice as expensive as any other cab in town (the same driver for both rides). The good: After giving away our hotel room while we were in it, they upgraded to a nicer room.

Right in the centre of the old

Right in the centre of the old town and very close to all your shopping needs. Service was friendly. Room is basic so unless you definitely need luxury, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Good value for money.
