We stayed at the Baltic Imperial Tallinn for a couple of nights in January 2012. The hotel is located inside and at the edge of the Old City so we walked through the Old City easily. An ATM was available close by. Had the best sleep in one of the
most comfortalble beds and the very best hot bath I've ever had anywhere. We stayed in an 'economy' class room which was spacious by anyone's standard. Tiled floors in bathroom were heated and restaurant adjoined. Staff were most helpful and spoke English. Transfers were efficient and on time even at 5.30 a.m.
