Great athmosphere and excellent service

The staff was super attentive and love their smiles. I have stayed here before but this time I had a super attentive waiter that made my eating experience pleasurably. The difference that a committed staff makes guarantees your return.

Excellent facilities and staff

Clean and nice. Staff support beyond expectations. Very helpful and warm. Did not feel like staff, from the front desk, to room service, to cleaning staff, hotel management, executed their work as a job but sincerely welcoming. Recommend highly and will be back.

Very Nice Hotel

I was very impressed with this hotel during my stay in San Salvador. It was clean, very comfortable, and in a good location. Although I was a little disappointed with the extra fees and the internet/breakfast/restaurant prices. Considering you can find breakfast around town for $2 - $5, paying $18.99 a day for internet and breakfast seems steep.

A nice hotel in a great central location

My only complaints are that there was NEVER any ice on our floor, and I still find it odd that I can rent a cheaper room at a lessor hotel, and get free internet, while here I'm paying more, and yet they still want to charge me additional to use the internet.

Beautiful Place

The only thing I didn't like was the service in the restaurants and their hours of operation. My husband and I wanted to have dinner Sunday night at 6:30 and all the restaurants were closed.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Metrocentro is right across the street and there's a bridge that connnects the mall to the hotel, so you don't have to worry about crossing the very busy four lane road way. I've read it's the biggest mall in Latin America

Wonderful hotel in San Salvador

I loved my 4-day and 5-night stay at the hotel. The 4 restaurants all had very good food, though the breakfast and dinner buffets in the Brazilian restaurant were too expensive (only because I am a 100-lb. woman who eats very little!) I ate about $2 worth for a $15 breakfast and $24 dinner buffet. The staff was excellent, the location is very good, the room was nice and clean. I can't think of anything negative to say about the hotel. Do wish they ran shuttles to the airport more often...I had a noon filght and had to take a taxi because the shuttle didn't go at the right time. Loved all the waiters...they were just great.
