Wonderful Time in San Salvador
This was my 2nd trip to the Holiday Inn San Salvador El Salvador and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is in an upscale part of town, but I spent time in the outlining communities. The living conditions there is sometime depressing, but the people were very friendly! I also travelled with a local friend there that kept me from going to the really rough areas, but the area near the hotel is very beautiful.

There are plenty of places to visit in the area near the hotel (Saint Elena) and the hotel has many social functions going on throughout the weelend.
