The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The room was filthy dirty. I was told when booking through this site that I would have a free transfer from the airport to the hotel but that I must contact them directly- After 3
emails I still had not had a reply so I got an Egyptian friend to phone and confirm. I was then informed that it would cost me $15. I also specificaly asked for internet access in my room which was not the case. Instead I had to sit in the foyer which was like a railway station made worse by people smoking everywhere. My room smelled of stale smoke which was stuck in the curtains and bedcover. I enjoyed the balcony where I could watch the street. That in itself was a very interesting and entertaining experience.
