Europa Hotel is a very harble place for any human with descency to stay in. When I got to the room the sheets were dirty to begin with, the floor had bread crums and the room was visibly dusty all over. There were no towels in the bathroom, the dirty tub curtain was hanging because it was broken.Both the bathtub and toilet were stained with dirt.The front desk staff never gave me the messages of the people who called me. The only thing they did to my request was change my sheets every day, but I had to always call for a towel because they never left me one. The elevator guys are always begging for a tip, come on that's their job. In the reception there is always this pushy guy supposed to be Manager of tourism manipulating you and almost obligating you to buy one of his overpriced tour packages. Extremely disrespectfull staff,specially the so called tourism manager who has no education whatsoever and don't give tourists their space. When I came down from my room every day he would be on my face,approuching me in a very disrespectfull familiar way, and followed me outside telling me what should I do. It's my vacation, I get to choose what I want to do. This Hotel and all these people made my stay unpleasant. Its a shame that the owners of this Hotel do not mantain it, it's in a good location, but unfurtunately the place is horrendus and I would never recommend it to anybody.
