Residencial Casa Linda is a gated resort development on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, between the seaside communities of Sosua and Cabarete. Vacation villas are fully furnished and decorated in tropical Caribbean style. All feature at least two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and comfortable terrace. Each villa has its own private pool and garden.

Rooms

All villas consist of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two or three bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms and feature a private pool and garden. The smallest vacation villas offer 946 square feet of space while the largest stand at 1,904 square feet. The large Taino villas are lavishly furnished with wicker, fine woods, and Caribbean rattan furniture. In-room features include air conditioning, coffee maker, DVD player, iron/ironing board, refrigerator, television with cable channels. Laundry and valet services are also available.

The surrounding are offers guests access to a wide variety of outdoor activities including snorkeling and diving, deep-sea fishing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, horseback riding, mountain safari outings, and, of course, outstanding beaches.

 

Kitchens are included, but good food and drink is never hard to find. Cabarete's beach is lined with open-air restaurants and bars where visitors and locals enjoy romantic candlelit evenings as well as a late-night bar and nightclub scene.
