Mixup when we got there. Because reservation made online, they sent us to a remote building on the property. We walked in, and the room was still being used. Nobody was there. They then put us in a room in the main complex. So, I feel we lucked out, because the main complex is more convient and nicer. Other than that, a little tight on replacing soap, shampoo, etc. Not sure if I would stay there again. I stayed at Melia prior times (right next door). I believe I had a better experience there

Short walk from hotel
Forget the name of the place, but large Presidente Beer bottle in front. Talk out the front of Jaragua, take a right, about quarter mile. Cold Beer, decent pizza, karioki, live music, dancing - good time

this is the worst Hotel. If you don't stay at tower do not stay at the other building No elevator, rooms very loud and dirty Staff very unfriendly Never will stay there again

Great Vacation
The hotel was excellent. People from the sport bar with a good knowledge of customer service. The only area to improve is cleaning of the room. No soap and shampoo on the second and third day plus lack of bed cleaning. Maybe a card with a sign that tell "Please dont disturb"

Average hotel, nothing special
I stayed there one day between trips and overall the hotel is ok but shows its age: old and breaking equipment, peeling paint in the bathroom etc. Internet connectivity is overpriced and too slow. Tried to order room service which has extremely limited selection during night and even from that list most was not available.

Naija on Vacation
Excellent value for money
Staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and internet access which costs $12 a day adequate. There are supermarkets, convenient stores and restaurants a block away. The hotel is also a few blocks away from the Historic area.
