Perfect for an overnight stay

We had a late arrival and the Quality Inn was close by so we booked for an overnight stay. We stayed again overnight on the return. The check in and check out were easy and quick. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It had nice sitting areas inside and outside. Very relaxing by the pool and the garden. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious and the dining area spacious. The service was nice too.

Overnight Stay

All though my husband and I only stayed in the Quality in 1 night before heading to Las Terrenas the next day, we thought the hotel was nice and quite charming. We order room service and my husband really loved his hamburger. Plus the service member who delivered our food was very helpful giving us excellent service.

Lay over while traveling

Very nice hotel close to airport we only stayed over night as a lay over spot. The short stay was very comfortable.

Perfect for business travel

If you are looking for a great hotel for business travel this is that hotel. The room and premises were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful (a little problem with the requested wake up call, but the room comes with an alarm clock-radio), the free breakfast was excellent. Might not be the hotel for a family vacation (you need a resort for that), but otherwise it is a good hotel. I will be staying there again.

clean place to stay if u are passing through D.R

We stayed there one night before going to Punta Cana. It was clean and comfortable. Real basic amenities. Same quality as the Quality Inn in USA. Close to Boca Chica and the airport. Without the Hassel of beggars.

Short stay

I only stayed for 8 hours, the room was nice enough and the staff was very helpful. The price was too high for a airport hotel but there is not many near the airport.

I do NOT recommend this hotel

I do not recommend Quality Hotel Real Aeropeurto in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Our family needed a place to sleep for a few hours before our return flight to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Next time, we will just wait at the airport. For a THREE star hotel, I paid $258.30 (U.S Dollars) for one room. We asked for a standard room with 2 double beds, since there were four adults. When the reception clerk informed of us of the price, we were shocked at the total. He explained that the policy was 2 people per room and that he had to charge for each additional person. I have traveled to many countries and stayed at numerous hotels and I have NEVER heard of paying over $50 for each additional guest. If it were not for the looks on my exhausted family’s faces, I would have definitely searched for a more reasonable hotel. I paid double for one night than what I have spent at luxury FIVE star hotels. To make matters worse, when I explained my irritation with the morning shift manager, he “kindly” reminded me that we received a complementary breakfast. What an insult. I honestly feel like the associate and his manager deceived us and made a quick buck at our expense. This stay not only left a negative impression on Quality Hotel and its affiliates, but unfortunately of Santo Domingo. Obviously, my family and I will never stay here again and I intend on spreading the word.

An Airport Hotel that cannot remember a wake up call

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport for a very early flight. The hotel did not give the wake up call at 5.30 as requested AND written down by client. Great for an airport hotel that surely must have air travelers as a mahor part of its client base. Card in room promises 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back. I expect to get a full refund on the room. Also taxi rate to airport exhorbitant. $ 20.00 for 4 km.

better bets out there...

Convenient Location

The Hotel in general is like any other Quality Inn. The rooms were decent and everything was clean. However, our customer service experience was horrible. The lady at the front desk sent up security because she assumed that the two extra people that went upstairs to our room to help bring up bags were going to stay the night. So that was a little upsetting but other wise. I had a great night sleep and made it to the Airport in about 10 minutes in the morning.
