My depress vacation at Be Live Hamaca.

My stated there was a horror,no elevator for me that needs a weelchair to move my self.food was bad,no good air conditioner, broken yakusi no working motor.no towel.and the rest of my family was worse.We wants r money back.I felt on one of the steps and had a black & blue.

Very disspointed

The price of the hotel is for a 5 star but the service less than a 3 star. The suite was excellent. The room was always clean but the bed sheets were stained even though they were 'cleaned'. We were on the 4th floor and the elevators were always out of service. My husband had a problem with his knee and had to end up using the stairs most of the times. There were many cats from the neighborhood in the buffet area. Guests would be touching those cats and then would go and get food. To me that is hygiene issue and I issued a complained to the buffet hosts. The food were always cold not even warm. The warmers were not heating up properly. No matter if you are there when the food had just been served. I only enjoyed the gourmet restaurant.The staff were friendly except on weekends when they are busy because of all the natives spending the weekends at the hotel.

Couple July 4th trip

this hotel needs to be renovated. They also need more staff and training. Service could be so much better along with cleanliness and entertainment. Asked for a manager but unfortunately he could be found and it was hard to get a hold of anybody to be honest. The beach was fantastic as always. They do a great job keeping the area clean and safe however, We ended up leaving to samana to a better hotel side we were not happy there and went to samana for the next three days and they didn't acknowledged were gone for three days. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Nice hotel would stay again

Hotel is nice if you like walking a lot . We had a party of 30 and the rooms where so far away and easy to get lost.. They really need to put more signs on where things are.. The beach was great but lacking services for drinks on the beach.. If I every go back i would stay again since it was cheap.

Need lots maintenance and cleaning

The staff is great, but the facilities, food quality need a lot of attention. Rooms were dirty and lack of maintenance, elevators never work during my stay, windows broken, a complete disaster.

It isn't the best resort in DR but it was comfortable and enjoyable, for what I paid I was happy. I would definitely spend the extra few dollars to stay in a presidential suite bc the cheaper rooms are not worth the savings!!!!! The bathrooms in the suites are amazing!!!! I can't complain about much, I was just greatful for what I did get!!!!! :)

Very disappointed with everything of this hotel. Starting with reception, which were confused weather or not we needed pool towels, Them air conditioning was not working properly at the room, them a dinner room for 200 people to be used for around 1200 people at the same time, which make the breakfast, lunch and dinner a nightmare, not tables, waiting lines for everything, etc. Not reservation for dinner at restaurants, not pool towels one day because dryer was defective. So, it was a bad weekend . Not recommended not even to my worst enemy. .
