Keep Improving...
Hotel Line is one of the 'oldest' new hotels in Santo Domingo. Its Italian administration keeps improving the hotel looks and there is some construction going on, however my experience was decent given the circumstances. Service was good, food was good, the room was clean and pleasant, bed was firm to my taste and bedspread were clean and fluffy. Food is a tad expensive compared to local restaurants. I have been at Lina's several times and find its employees to be helpful and 'dominican cordial'.

Sometimes finding parking inside the parking hotel continues to be a little bit tight. If you ask for a taxi make sure that you request that the taxi is clean. In regards to the refrigerator keep an inventory of the items there. Buy bottle water outside.

Strategically located and not far from..
Overall it was an acceptable experience if one is not looking for too many frills, things depend on what you are looking for, in my case I was looking for convenience within Santo Domingo city so everything was within my traveling reach ( 2.3 hours to Punta Cana. 2.3 hrs to Santiago, 2.3 hours to Samana, and so on). The food at the cafeteria and the restaurant was very acceptable, I probably will do without the room service.

Lina Hotel is strategically located with easy access to major roads. I chose the restaurants and getting there was easy. I like Latin music so the Piano Bar had a very decent peforming group interpreting my favorite Dominican bachatas, merengues, and baladas.

Una buena inversion
Considero fue un excelente trato, muy limpio y cómodo. El desayuno delicioso. Lo único que no me gusto fue llegar y que cometieran el error de volver a cobrar una reservación que ya había pagado. Pero se resolvió y recibí el dinero de vuelta.
