room was quite small...toilet didnt flush with ease. Staff at desk seemed a bit busy to offer an exchange of pleasantries. I only stayed here caz of the locale and proximity to airport.

I arrived at the hotel via the hotel complimentary bus shuttle. I was greeted at the hotel lobby by Mandy who was very professional informative and courteous. The breakfast every morning was good freshly squeeze OJ and egss made to order. The housekeeping service was excellent and location of hotel was great. I would definitely return and reccommend this hotel. I will be returning in 2 months and plan to stay at Hodelpa centro Plaza. Great job!!!! I might even upgrade my room. Overall good choice
Great location for walking and dining without the need for a taxi. Rooms are small, but clean and dependent upon location for peace and quiet. Free WIFI is spotty and slow, but overall a good choice given the price and limited alternatives in Santiago.

Great place to rest up
Stayed in hotel for just one night after late flight into Santiago. Mapquest put the hotel i the wrong street but a phone call to the staff sorted it quickly. Very clean, staff very polite, it even included a free car wash!

Very nice hotel.
Hodelpa Centro Plaza was a very nice inexpensive hotel to stay in. The rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating to me. I have no complaints. If your looking for a nice clean inexpensive hotel for your stay in Santiago and close to casinos if your in to gambling you'll enjoy Hodelpa Centro Plaza.

Good service but street noise a problem
This hotel is located in the downtown area and close to casinos and resturants. Hotel's resturant is first class. Best to request rooms not on the street side due to loud street noise. Other than that was a good experience.

SINCE YOU WALK IN THE SERVICE IS LIKE A QUEEN, THEY KNOW THAT ARE YOU THERE YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER. CLEAN GOOD AIR CONDITIONING, GOOD HOT BREAKFAST BUFFET INCLUDED. IS IN DOWNTOWN SO IS NOICY I JUST PUT THE TV AND WENT TO SLEEP.

SOUVENIRS IS CHEAPER IF YOU BUY RIGHT THERE THAN THE HOTELS. THE HOTEL HAVE A CASINO, SORRY NO POOL IS OKAY FOR ONE NIGHT OR TWO AND KEEP GOING.

For all you americans that still need that fast food, they have a pizza hut and a Mcdonalds within a block of the hotel.I think you should really visit the McDonalds because the service is Better than the typical service in the US. Go and you will see what i'm talking about.

GREAT CENTRALIZED LOCATION
THIS HOTEL IS SITUATED RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY. THE LOCATION COULD NOT BE BETTER. RESTAURANTS, BANKS, & POINT OF INTEREST ARE ALL IN WALKING DISTANCE. WE VISITED FOR A FRIENDS WEDDING AND STAYED HERE. WE WENT SHOPPING AT CALLE DEL SOL, VISITED EL DUARTE PARK, AND EL MONUMENTO. IT WAS ALL WITH IN WALKING DISTANCE. IF WE WERE TOO TIRED TO WALK BACK; WE WOULD TAKE A TAXI, WHICH WAS FARELY CHEAP.BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. GOOD BREAKFAST FOR THE PRICE. MANGU,OMELLETTE STATION, CEREAL, FRUIT, ..I WAS ONLY EXPECTING BAGELS AND MUFFINS!FREE INTERNET SERVICE, GREAT TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH FAMILY OUT OF THE COUNTRY. SAVES YOU MONEY ON CALLING CARDS. IF THERE WAS A POOL IT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER. HOWEVER THERES ANOTHER HOTEL; HODELPA GRAN ALMIRANTE WHICH HAS A POOL. AS LONG AS YOU SHOW YOUR ROOM KEY YOU CAN USE THE POOL THERE. ITS ABOUT A 7 MINUTE RIDE. NOT FAR AT ALL. THE STAFF WAS GREAT, I HAVE A 10 MONTH OLD AND THEY WERE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP WITH THE STROLLER SINCE THERE IS NO RAMP. THE ELVATORS ARE SUPER SMALL SO IT WAS A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE ESPECIALLY WITH THE STROLLER. THERES ALOT OF NOISE BUT YOUR RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY SO YOU CANT COMPLAIN. OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT HOTEL FOR ITS PRICE! WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!

LA SIRENA. ITS LIKE A SUPER WALMART. IT'S A GROCERY STORE, AND DEPARTMENT STORE. THEY ALSO SELL LIQUOUR. INSTEAD OF BUYING LIQOUR AT ANY OF THE MARKETS OR SOUVENIR SHOPS, YOU SHOULD BUY IT AT LA SIRENA. ITS CHEAPER!
